The landscape of Kopar at Newton is divided in three zones. The social zone, called Stella, is helmed by the grand clubhouse, strikingly visible from Bukit Timah Road. A grove of trees grows within the high-ceilinged clubhouse, which accommodates activity rooms, gymnasium and a formal lawn. The activity zone, Vita, contains the main infinity-edge pool, gourmet pavilion, children's pool, and various other pavilions. A forest walk leads you to the open spaces of the pools and the lawn, and the landscape is peppered with cabins, alcoves and copper screening-walls which are introduced to accentuate the spaces. Finally, Aura, is the wellness zone. Here is a sanctuary for self-care, with hot and cold spas, hydrotherapy pool, Micro-bubble spa, nestled in a envelope of multi-sensory and textured planting.
