The landscape design of Rochelle@Newton introduced the garden lobby court, where one passes through while approaching the building lobby. This accentuates and celebrates the entrance arrival experience of the development. One walks pass a garden of Frangipani trees in a manicured lawn upon coming home. The linear swimming pool and children's pool is situated at a quiet end of the development, nestled amongst greenery.
