The main garden of Okio is on the fifth storey, hidden away from the colourful Balestier streetscape. This is a sanctuary where one can retreat from urban surroundings. The 25m lap pool is the centrepiece of the garden. Along the pool, pool decks are small ‘island’ decks surrounded by hedges and flowering plants, creating garden-setting privacy for the users. At both ends of the landscape deck, vertical green walls enclose the garden.
