Hijauan is located on leafy Cavenagh Road. Tall Melaleuca Trees (Tea Trees) form a light screening in front and behind the development, giving a distinct look. The back garden is an open lawn where hedges and flowering shrubs create spaces within the garden. The landscape design creates the experience of a garden home – a garden sanctuary with a gentle water feature, fine play lawn, tall trees and swimming pool, within the privacy of tumbled-brick walls at the boundary.
