One Draycott is a residential point block sitting on a compact triangular site. The main landscape facilities are located on the second floor, where there is a swimming pool and clusters of small forest trees in pockets of green spaces, forming a lush  environment. There is also an outdoor gourmet lounge area  and a gymnasium set amongst the greenery. The landscape for One Draycott is tranquil and leafy, creating a gardenesque residential environment.
