Reflection water features are visual features and guiding elements in the landscape area of Biopolis III, a biomedical sciences hub. The thin layer of water also helps as a cooling element as wind flows through the lobby. The primary walkway into the building is universally accessible and the changes in ground levels are resolved seamlessly. A light canopy of trees is planted around the western side of the plaza to shade the afternoon sun.
