The landscape of Sol Acres Executive Condominium is conceptually divided into two different precincts - the lake experience and the hillside experience. The landscape also makes reference to the riverine system, Inspiration is taken from elements from the different river stages: water cascade and springs, lake, and flood deltas. 

Design is also started with the principle of creating the 3-generation homes. The landscape amenities are laid out to cater and encourage active lifestyles for the family and residents of all ages.
