Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Holland Village, the landscape of One Holland Village aims to create a blend of urban living with lush green spaces, and to reflect the area's eclectic and bohemian character. A central ‘shopping street’ is the heart of the development. It is well-shaded with trees, and has generous public seating areas, connecting the open spaces of the Village Plaza and the Village Green. The open-concept mall features numerous floors of publicly accessible sky terraces and thematic rooftop gardens. These spaces are well-used, providing lush green spaces for relaxation and community activities and panoramic views over the holland village district. These green roofs also soak up urban stormwater runoff and help to reduce the urban heat island effect. The Village Plaza is a gathering space for community events and performances.
