Parc Clematis is nestled in a tranquil housing estate. The residential blocks are designed to be elevated, maximizing the communal spaces on the landscape deck. The landscape consists of 3 main zones, which complement the architectural designs. Each zone is designed with a distinctive design, curating unique landscape experiences across the development. A variety of landscape spaces are thus created, with large lawns, an expansive beach-edge pool, pavilions, and a string of facilities for the residents’ enjoyment. CLIENT SINGHAIYI GROUP PTE LTD
